How can I know in a pre-sale what size to choose? What if I'm wrong?
We know that it is very difficult to get the size right, especially in the baby and children's line. Therefore, approximately two weeks before delivery, we will contact all the people who purchased in the pre-sale to ask them about the size, and it will be possible to change it. Furthermore, if it does not fit when received, it will be possible to make a free return (in mainland Spain).
What if I got the size wrong or for any other reason I want to return the item?
It can be returned without any inconvenience, and without having to explain! In mainland Spain, in addition, the return will be free. Check conditions in what will be the return costs?
What is the difference between barefoot and barefoot plus? What models have this option available?
In all the groomed models of the adult line and in the leather or microfiber sneakers, we can find this option (in future collections we will include the textile sneakers). The barefoot option is for medium feet, and the barefoot plus option for wide feet. To know the specific measurements, each model has a link to the size guide. In that guide you can see two tables, one for the barefoot width measurements and another with the barefoot plus width measurements.
Can I order a different size for the right and left foot?
Yeah! We give that option. You just have to indicate it in comments. And we also accept returns.
Can some type of customization be done?
It is possible to do them, in that case, you should contact us and ask us your needs, we will study them all.

Shipping & Returns
Where do we ship?
We ship practically all over the world, and depending on the destination country, shipping costs vary.
-In mainland Spain, shipping is free for purchases up to €60. In the Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla, it will have a price of €11 when the purchase reaches the amount of €120.
-In most EU countries and the United Kingdom, shipping is free for purchases up to €120.
-For the rest of the countries, when the purchase reaches €120, shipping costs will be €35.
Customs costs will be assumed by the customer.
In exceptional cases, when shipping is not possible, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amounts paid.
What will be the return costs?
In mainland Spain, the return will be free (at the delivery point). If home collection is preferred, it will cost €2 (most of the amount will be covered by us).

How are returns processed?
There is a period of 14 calendar days to process a return. This period counts from the time the product is received. The way to process it is by sending an email to hello@vegabarefoot.com . We will try to respond as soon as possible, but the aforementioned 14-day period stops once the email is sent.
