RETURN AND REFUND
- Terms, conditions and procedure
To make a return, simply send us an email to hello@vegabarefoot.com with the SUBJECT: RETURN, with all the details of the order or directly through the customer account.
The return period is 14 calendar days from receipt of the purchased products. The period stops from the moment we receive the customer's request via email .
You will receive instructions for the return by email. You will receive a label that you can print and take to the collection point; or you can show the QR code on the label to the collection company, who will print the label.
The deadline for delivering the package to the collection point, once the label has been received, is 4 calendar days.
Items to be returned must be unused, in perfect condition for subsequent sale and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return of a product that does not meet these requirements. In the event of refusing the return, the cost of the new shipment to the person who made the purchase will be borne by the customer.
It will also be possible to reduce the amount to be refunded if the returned product has defects that reduce its value and that can be rectified. An example would be if the packaging was damaged.
- Shipping and returns costs
For items purchased to Spain (including the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), shipping costs will be free for purchases over €120. Below this amount, the cost will be €5. Return costs will be borne by the customer. The return will be made at the delivery point.
Generally speaking, when the destination is another country in the European Union or the United Kingdom, shipping costs will be free when the amount reaches €150 (customs costs in the case of the United Kingdom will be borne by the customer). Returns will be borne by the customer.
However, there are countries or regions that, despite belonging to the European Union, have other shipping and return costs that will be displayed before making the payment. In any case, when the purchase amount reaches €150, these shipping costs will be reduced. Returns will be assumed by the customers.
For the rest of the countries, it will be necessary to consult the shipping price with Vega Barefoot, SL, as it will depend on the rate provided by the transport company at any given time (which is updated based on the cost of fuel). Returns and, where applicable, the cost of customs will be borne by the customers.
Returns outside the peninsula will be the responsibility of the customer. It will be necessary to send directly to the following address:

- Changes
We do not make exchanges . If you wish to exchange the purchased product for another, you must return the purchased product and place a new order.
To make a return, you only need to send us an email to hello@vegabarefoot.com with all the details of the order, putting RETURN in the subject.
- Purchases through third parties
If the product was purchased through an independent store or website, you should check their return policy.
- Personalized items
In the event that the purchased product is personalized, a return will not be possible.
- Defective items
If the products you receive are defective, you will be refunded the full price of the products, together with any applicable shipping costs, or you will be provided with a new item in perfect condition.
It will be necessary to report the incident to hello@vegabarefoot.com with the subject INCIDENT, along with photographs and as much information as possible so that the company can study the incident.
