RETURN AND REFUND
- Deadlines, conditions and procedure
To make a return, you just need to send us an email to hello@vegabarefoot.com with the SUBJECT: RETURN, with all the details of the order.
The return period is 14 calendar days from receipt of the purchased products. The period stops from the moment we receive the client's request via email .
Return instructions will be received by email. You will receive a label that can be printed and taken to the collection point; Or, the QR on the label can be shown to the collection company, which will print the label.
The deadline to deliver the package to the collection point, once the label is received, is 4 calendar days.
Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition for subsequent sale and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return for a product that does not meet these requirements. If the return is rejected, the cost of the new shipment to the person who made the purchase will be assumed by the customer.
It will also be possible to reduce the amount to be refunded in the event that the returned product has defects that reduce its value and that can be corrected. An example would be presenting damaged packaging.
- Shipping costs and returns
For items purchased destined for Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla included), shipping costs will be free for purchases over €120. Below that amount they will have a cost of €5. The return costs will be assumed by the customer. The return will be made at the delivery point.
In general terms, when the destination is another country in the European Union or the United Kingdom, shipping costs will be free when the amount reaches €150 (the cost of customs in the case of the United Kingdom will be assumed by the customer). Returns will be assumed by customers.
However, there are countries or regions that, even though they belong to the European Union, have other shipping and return costs that will be shown before making the payment. In any case, upon reaching the purchase amount of €150, these shipping costs will be reduced. Returns will be assumed by customers.
For the rest of the countries, it will be necessary to consult the shipping price with Vega Barefoot, SL, as it will depend on the rate that the transport company provides us at any given time (which updates based on the cost of fuel). Returns, and, where applicable, the cost of customs will be assumed by customers.

- Changes
We do not make changes . If you wish to exchange the purchased product for another, you should return the purchased product and place a new order.
To make a return, you just need to send us an email to hello@vegabarefoot.com with all the details of the order, putting RETURN in the subject.
- Purchases through third parties
If the product was purchased through an independent store or website, you should check their return policy.
- Personalized items
In the event that the product purchased was personalized, a return will not be possible.
- Defective items
If the products received are defective, the full price of the products will be refunded, together with applicable shipping costs, or a new item will be delivered to you in perfect condition.
It will be necessary to communicate the incident to hello@vegabarefoot.com with the subject INCIDENCE, along with photographs and all possible information so that the company can study the incident.
