ACCEPTANCE

Any purchase you make through our website is subject to these legally binding Terms of Sale and by making a purchase you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to them, you should not make any purchases through our website.

If you are accepting these Terms of Sale on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms of Sale.

We may revise these Terms of Sale by posting an update on this website. All purchases made on or after the date the update is posted on our website will be governed by the revised Terms of Sale.

ORDERS

As a user, when placing an order for any goods and/or services, a Contract will be entered into which will be incorporated into and subject to these Conditions of Sale.

The Order Confirmation will contain all relevant information relating to your order. Upon receipt, you should ensure that the details on the Order Confirmation are correct and that you should also retain a copy of it.

If we accept your order, a legally binding contract will be formed between you and Vega Barefoot, SL We have sole discretion as to whether we accept any order placed through our website. If we accept the order, we will send an email to confirm our acceptance .

Users must ensure that the data provided is correct, that the credit or debit card they are using is their own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods and/or services requested. If there is any change to the data provided, it is the responsibility of the Users to inform us as soon as possible. We will process the information provided in accordance with our Privacy and Cookies Policy. By placing any order, such processing is accepted.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

Prices for goods and services will be displayed on our website at the time of your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time provided that these changes do not affect orders which we have already accepted by means of an Order Confirmation.

We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that prices shown on our website are correct. Without prejudice to the above, we will check prices when processing your order. If (due to error or otherwise) the correct price of the relevant goods and/or services is lower than the price stated in your order, the lower price will be charged. However, if the correct price of the goods and/or services is higher than the price stated in your order, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to proceed with the order.

All prices include VAT at the applicable rate. If the VAT rate changes between the date of your order and the date of your payment, we will adjust the rate of VAT you must pay. Changes in VAT will not affect prices where we have already received full payment of your share of VAT.

We accept payment using the payment methods set out on our website at the time the order is placed.

DELIVERY, TITLE AND RISK

Items purchased in pre-sale have an estimated delivery time of 3 months. In exceptional circumstances, the time may be slightly longer, without Vega Barefoot, SL being liable for any damages.

For items purchased in stock, the expected shipping preparation time is between 1 and 3 business days. Users acknowledge that the estimated delivery times are approximate.

If for any reason we cannot guarantee the manufacture and/or delivery of the purchased goods, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment. If we cancel the order, the cancellation will be confirmed in writing.

Depending on the destination, products may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches the destination country. Any additional duties, taxes or charges for customs clearance must be borne by the person purchasing the goods and/or services. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please also note that international shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. We are not responsible for any damage to product packaging caused by such inspections.
