ORDERS

As a user, when placing an order for any good and/or service, a Contract will be entered into and will be subject to these Conditions of Sale.

The Order Confirmation will contain all relevant information relating to your order. Upon receipt you should ensure that the details in the Order Confirmation are correct. It is also advisable to keep a copy of it.

If we accept your order, a legally binding contract will be formed between the user and Vega Barefoot, SL We have sole discretion as to whether we accept any order placed through our website. If we accept the order, we will send an email to confirm our acceptance .

Users must guarantee that the data provided is correct, that the credit or debit card they are using is theirs and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of said goods and/or services requested. If there is any change in the data provided, it is the users' responsibility to inform us as soon as possible. We will process the information provided in accordance with our Privacy and Cookies Policy. By placing any order, you accept such processing.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The prices of goods and services will be displayed on our website at the time of your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time provided that these changes do not affect orders we have already accepted through an Order Confirmation.

We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are correct. Notwithstanding the above, we will check prices when processing your order. All prices include VAT at the applicable rate. If the VAT rate changes between the date of your order and the date of your payment, we will adjust the VAT rate you must pay. Changes to VAT will not affect prices where we have already received full payment of your share of VAT.

DELIVERY, TITLE AND RISK

Items purchased in pre-sale have an approximate delivery time of 3 months. In exceptional circumstances, the period may be somewhat longer, without this implying liability on the part of Vega Barefoot, SL.

For items purchased in stock, we will indicate at the time of purchase the expected shipping time, which, depending on the destination, could be longer. Users acknowledge that the expected delivery times are approximate.

If for any reason we cannot guarantee the manufacture and/or shipment of the goods purchased, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment. If we cancel the order, the cancellation will be confirmed in writing.

Depending on the destination, products may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected once the shipment reaches the destination country. Any additional tariff, tax or charge for customs clearance must be assumed by the person who acquires the good and/or service.
